If you already have a brand or a design, just send us your design file for reference, we will recommend suitable materials to you and make it come true.
If you have no idea about the design, we can offer you our designs for selection.You can pick from our templates, choosing your colors, patterns or adding your brand. And also you can do some changes based on our designs, like add pocket, adjust the waist, adjust the length, and do some other changes, we will provide you a complete customized solutions. Also you download some pictures you like from websites, then advise us changes you want, we will create an artwork for your checking according to your ideas.
about fabric
Normally we will recommend our stock fabrics to you, you can choose from them, breathable material such as nylon, spandex, Lycra or cotton,these are the most popular options.Meanwhile, we also do recycled and organic materials with OEKO-tex certification, click FABRIC to know more.
If you want to custom your own fabrics,you can send us your swatches for reference or just advise your ideas,we will create a swatch for your approval first,if you want to change anything,we will revise according to your comments.
About Color & Design
We can do any pantone colours, just send us the pantone ref number, we will arrange a swatch for your approval first, after you confirmed the swatch, then we will arrange bulk production.
Also we can do pattern and design printing, you just need to download the pattern you like from websites, our designer will put the pattern onto the clothes. Sampling
Are you worried about the quality of the products before you place an order ? Do you want to know exactly how your bulk will look like before the goods shipped out ? How do you ensure the product you’re ordering is of the quality you expect ? Sampling will help you to solve all above issues.
After all above info confirmed, a sample is seems to be a very small order, normally one unit of an item you are interested in placing a large order of. It’s a low-risk way to inspect the product yourself for color, quality, materials, and more.
The importance to order a sample
During the sampling process, you’ll be able to assess what it’s like to work with us. We always provide all the assistance you require , such as give you answers in detail for all your inquiries, send you photos or videos of the samples for checking once the samples finished. Ordering a sample also helps you to know more about the product which you are interested in.
TYPES OF SAMPLES
After you’ve decided you want to order a sample, it’s important to know there are 2 types of samples, and which option you’d like.
1.Quality samples, it is already made according to the normal specifications. These are ideal if you just want to check the quality of the product that doesn’t require any customization, so samples can be shipped very quickly.
2.Custom samples, these are samples made to your unique design or specifications. This can be a long process, and it takes much times than the quality samples, because we need to print or make a new mould to create your exact product.
PAYMENT OF SAMPLE
You can pay for your sample using any of the payment methods, Alipay, T/T, credit card, or paypal.
Once we received your payment of the samples, we will arrange the samples as follow delivery.
Delivery of samples
We are seriously with the sample order, you will get the sample fast, mowin will send the sample as follow days, in-stock design without logo 2 work days, in-stock with logo in 5 works days, customized design 15 work days.
Production
After you received and approved our samples, let us begin to move on to production process. We will check and confirm with you about the sampling details first, and then will prepare fabrics, and accessories for your bulk order.
We have a group of skilled and experienced professional production team to ensure that all production orders meet the highest export quality standards.
MOQ
We want to help the buyers whom just start their business of yoga wear, so we accept a low minimum order of 50pcs if you selected the design from our templates, and 200 pcs for the custom designed orders.
BULK ORDER
Once you’ve decided on your designs, colors and prints you want for the bulk order, you’ll need to fill in our bulk order form, and then we’ll send you an invoice.
For those whom want to save time and sample cost for bulk orders, you can fill in the direct bulk form and send it over via email, we will arrange bulk production without producing samples.
DELIVERY OF BULK
The production time depends on the colors, designs, prints, and accessories you want. The customized products are required more times, so we suggest add four weeks to your bulk order to ensure timely delivery, or order them four weeks in advance.
If you selected the colors and designs from our stocks, normally bulk orders can be dispatched in 4-5 weeks. If you want to custom the prints or designs, contact us and we’ll inform you of the estimated delivery date.
Just remind you that it’s very important that we receive your bulk orders as soon as possible in order to keep promised delivery dates.
CUSTOM ACCESSORIES
Besides the branded logo on the yoga wear, you may also want to add some branded accessories, such as care label, hag tag, poly bag, box, etc. We do custom all of these, and we also accept you send them to us if you arrange by yourself, we will help to add them onto the products.
In most cases, delays in production orders are caused by the branded accessories. Before you place your bulk order, we recommend you contact us and give detail info about any branded accessories you require.
QUALITY CONTROL
Before the goods dispatch, our quality control team will check all the production orders carefully. Our team will never dispatch an order until the production quality matches your approved samples.
PACKING & DISPATCH
All orders are individually packed in poly bags and then into cartons per colors or sizes. And we can also pack as your requirement.
Normally, we dispatch orders via DHL or Fedex, using our company account or yours. And we also send out by your nominated forwarding agent.
